Terms of Service

Last updated 2026-09-27

These Terms of Service (the “Terms”) are a binding agreement between Flowstart Kft.(“Flowstart”, “we”, “us”) and the business that registers for or uses the digitalemployees.eu service (“Customer”, “you”). By creating an account or using the service you accept these Terms on behalf of your organization.

1. Business customers only

The service is offered exclusively to businesses and other organizations acting in a professional or commercial capacity. It is not intended for consumers, and by accepting these Terms you confirm that you are entering into this agreement for purposes relating to your trade, business, or profession. The person accepting these Terms confirms they are authorized to bind the Customer.

2. The service

digitalemployees.eu provides AI-assisted “digital employees” delivered as a hosted software-as-a-service platform. A digital employee reads and drafts work in connected systems (such as Microsoft 365 mailboxes and calendars), and can carry out tasks you configure. The service is offered in two tiers:

  • Junior: €499 per month. A supervised digital assistant: reads and drafts, sends only with your approval, with a bounded set of connected tools and scheduled tasks.
  • Senior: €999 per month. A digital employee with bounded autonomy and delegation to sub-agents, a larger tool set, a file workspace, and cross-conversation search.

Prices are exclusive of VAT and other applicable taxes. Feature availability may evolve as the product develops; we will not materially reduce the capabilities of a paid tier during a billing period.

3. Billing and payments

The seller of the service is Flowstart Kft., which issues the invoice for every payment. Payments are processed by Stripe Payments Europe Ltd. (Ireland), our payment processor. VAT is calculated at checkout from your billing address and any VAT number you enter. Card details are entered on Stripe’s payment page and never touch our servers. Subscriptions renew automatically each billing period until cancelled; you can cancel at any time, effective at the end of the current period. Fees already paid are non-refundable except where required by law.

4. Free trial

We offer a 14-day free trial. The trial has a hard expiry: at the end of the 14 days the trial ends and paid access is required to continue. Your work created during the trial is preserved and becomes accessible again once you subscribe. We may change or withdraw trial availability for future sign-ups.

5. The “Works in 14 Days” guarantee

Where we offer a “Works in 14 Days” guarantee, it refers to agreed, delivered deliverables— that the digital employee is set up and performing the tasks we agreed with you — and not to any business or financial outcome. It is not a promise of revenue, return on investment, or any other commercial result, which depend on factors outside our control. If the agreed deliverables are not in place within the stated window, the remedy is the one described in the specific guarantee offer, not a guarantee of outcomes.

6. Your data and your responsibility for actions

As between the parties, you own the data you and your users provide and the content the service produces for you. You grant us the limited rights needed to host and process that content to provide the service, as described in our Privacy Policy.

Every outbound or state-changing action — sending an email, updating a record, changing a calendar — is approval-gated or explicitly enabled by you. You are responsible for the approval decisions you make and for any capability you choose to enable, including actions taken by a Senior digital employee within the autonomy you grant it. You are responsible for ensuring you have the rights and any consents needed for the data and accounts you connect.

7. Acceptable use

You agree not to use the service to:

  • break the law or infringe the rights of others;
  • send spam, deceptive, or unsolicited bulk communications;
  • process data you are not permitted to process;
  • attempt to bypass approval gates, security controls, tenant isolation, or usage limits;
  • reverse engineer, resell, or overload the service, or probe it without authorization.

We may suspend access to protect the service, other customers, or third parties where use breaches this section.

8. Availability

During this MVP phase the service is provided on a best-effort basis with no service-level agreement (SLA) and no uptime guarantee. We may perform maintenance, update, or temporarily suspend the service. We will make reasonable efforts to limit disruption.

9. Warranties and disclaimer

The service is provided “as is” and “as available”. AI output can be incomplete or incorrect and must be reviewed before it is relied upon; the approval gates exist for this reason. To the extent permitted by law we disclaim implied warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, and non-infringement.

10. Limitation of liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, neither party is liable for indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages, or for lost profits, revenue, or data. Our total aggregate liability arising out of or relating to the service is limited to the fees you paid to us for the service in the twelve (12) months preceding the event giving rise to the claim. Nothing in these Terms limits liability that cannot be limited under applicable law.

11. Term and termination

These Terms apply while you have an account. You may stop using the service and cancel your subscription at any time. We may suspend or terminate access for material breach, non-payment, or where required to protect the service. On termination your right to use the service ends; provisions that by their nature should survive (ownership, confidentiality, liability, governing law) survive. Export or deletion of your data after termination is handled as described in the Privacy Policy.

12. Governing law

These Terms are governed by the laws of Hungary, without regard to conflict of law rules, and the courts of Hungary have jurisdiction, subject to any mandatory protections available to you under applicable law.

13. Changes to these Terms

We may update these Terms as the service evolves. If a change is material we will give reasonable notice (for example by email or in-product notice) before it takes effect. Continued use after a change takes effect means you accept the updated Terms.
